Based in Central London but with national and international ambition, we are looking for an innovative and dynamic marketing and communications director to rip up the rule book in defining, delivering and reviewing the brand and marketing strategy to achieve our vision through product launch and into the future. Our goal is to challenge market norms and to reshape the property industry to better reflect the consumer demands of the 21st Century. You will join as a key member of the executive team, tasked with designing and delivering a truly creative marketing and communications strategy for both B2C and B2B channels.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in tech business environment - proptech, fintech or related markets
  • Substantial experience in a marketing and communications management role, including developing, maintaining and implementing marketing and communications strategies and plans (online and offline), including media and PR
  • Demonstrable experience in both B2B and B2C, pref. including product launch, brand building, response and retention campaigns.
  • Track record of delivering working across multiple channels with a strong understanding of associated concepts, strategy and techniques
  • Clear understanding of brands, comfortable defining brand proposition and identity – tone of voice, visual identity, guidelines etc.
  • Great creative judgement coupled with a data metric-focussed mind set
  • Creativity, an ability to produce and promote innovative and original ideas
  • Start-up mentality – team player, flexible, dedicated, hardworking a must
